Biking – in the wonderful Bernese Oberland

Enjoy biking through the wonderful scenery of the Bernese Oberland. Around Lake Thun there is a huge choice of great bike routes: you can choose to ride along the shores of the lake or up in the foothills of the Alps with views of the 4000m peaks in the Bernese Oberland.

For families and individuals the leisure resort Wiriehorn is also in summer an ideal place to visit.
The 6-seats chair-lift with special equipment to transport bikes is perfect for easy arriving at the park.
From the chair-lift mountain station there are various routes leading along the fascinating landscape and back to the valley station. Scooters and monster scooters may be rented. Kids will have fun at the bike park with ramps and balks.
For bike fans, ambitious weekend-racers such as for beginners the internationally appreciated downhill trail offers the whole palette of alternatives. Various drops, jumps and gaps are promising a fly-feeling of a special kind. Here you will experience a shift in direction in sloping position. The unique characteristics of this down hill trail is especially preferred by the down hill racers. Interesting areaways with stones and roots are completing the fun!
Children and adults may learn skills at the Hot-Trail-Bike school to have more fun. Bike instructors will show them cool tricks.
