Climbing area Stockhorn
From May to October the cable car takes you up from Erlenbach to the very varied climbing area on the Stockhorn. The climbs can be reached from the upper station in 2 to 10 minutes. From Chrindi middle station you can reach the climbing routes in around 20 minutes. The area is divided into 12 sectors and offers over 120 climbing routes of difficulty levels 2-7, mostly up solid limestone, but there are also amazing water grooves and separate ascents in steep and particularly tough rocks. Most of the routes run towards the south or south-east.
