Bollywood Festival Thun
For four days in June, the Bernese Oberland’s main city is transformed into the capital of Indian films by the Bollywood Festival. The films are shown in the
Rex and City Cinemas and also on Thun’s Townhall Square, one of Switzerland’s most beautiful openair cinemas. The festival’s attractive programme focuses not only on Indian films but also on Indian culture: it is spectacular, colourful and authentic. The Bollywood Festival is unique in Switzerland and is a real celebration of Indian cinema and of course Indian culture.
