Castle Concerts Spiez – small but excellent series of concerts in May
The Castle Concerts in Spiez have a 60 year history. The thousand year old church at the castle takes you on a musical journey through the ages and the simplicity of the Romanesque structure reminds you why you are here: to experience the music. Young musicians and established artists are inspired by the spatial harmony here. The intimate rooms of the Castle Church Spiez allow a real dialogue with the auditorium and vibration becomes resonance. This is the ideal setting for the extremely varied programme presented each year.

Culture with a view on the Niesen
In the last three years the Niesen has become mountain of culture. After the impressive ride up on the funicular, visitors can enjoy a lovely evening of culture in the Berghaus Niesen Kulm restaurant with a great meal and entertainment. On a Thursday evening in summer and autumn the Niesen offers its visitors a varied culture program with local artists. The glass pavilion on the summit of Niesen provides a very special setting for these unforgettable events. And to finish off a wonderful evening: the gentle ride down on the funicular towards the lights of the valley is a pleasure.
