The village of Leissigen has a wealth of historical and cultural interest. A little walk to discover the pretty houses is especially enjoyable.

Leissigen is beautifully and centrally located which makes it a great place to visit for an entertaining but also relaxing day out. Come and see the memorial to Ferdinand Hodler or explore the Meielisalp, high above Lake Thun or spend a few hours at the lake side beach area with the little 'Badi-Beizli' snack bar. And don't forget the historic church or the old saw mill on the lakeside.
