Room allocations

• We administer the allocation of rooms in hotels of varying categories (City of  Thun, Lake Thun region, Bernese Oberland)
• We can put a reservations form on the event organiser’s website
• We process your reservations enquiries (via internet, telephone or fax) within 48 hours
• We send reservation confirmations to the participants directly

Organisation of facilities /rooms for the occasion or the programme of  events

• We assist you in the search for and reservation of a suitable location
• We compile a list of suggestions for your programme of events

Organisation of excursions/activities/partner programmes/pre and post convention tours

• We compile a list of suggestions of partner programmes as well as pre and post convention tours (1/2 day or full day programmes)
• we let you make the hotel reservations from your own Website

Organisation of transfers/transport

• We organise all group transfers required
