This unique and impressive circular route leads around the Sigriswiler Rothorn. However, it requires quite a bit of stamina, concentration, and confident riding technique. Several carrying sections line the route. It begins immediately with the climb along the Grönbach into the valley, initially gently, until it becomes more difficult near Hindersberg, forcing a dismount. The descent is equally fast and steep, until after a small counter-climb to Oberes Hörnli it becomes easier. Now, interrupted by three smaller climbs, it goes downhill back to Merligen.

On nice weekends, this area is heavily frequented by hikers. From Oberhofner to Sichle: Long carrying section of approximately 40 minutes. To Oberes Hörnli: Carrying section of approximately 10 minutes.
