Lecture: Curse or Blessing? Generative AI and Sufficiency in Everyday Life
==========================================================================

- Congress, Course

3 FV05 Fluch oder Segen Generative KI c

Artificial intelligence is becoming an increasingly integral part of our daily lives—whether we're writing, searching, or shopping. It promises to make our lives easier and open up new possibilities.

 But does it promote a frugal lifestyle, or does it lead to increased (media) consumption? In this workshop, participants will gain a clear understanding of key findings in media psychology and communication studies. Examples will illustrate how AI influences decisions and routines. Together, we’ll explore how to interact with AI in a mindful way.
