A trip to Europe’s highest train station is a highlight of any visit to the Holiday Region Interlaken. Delve into a high alpine world of snow and glaciers on the Jungfraujoch – Top of Europe. The train journey from Interlaken Ost takes just under two hours and promises a bewitching panorama and a jaw-dropping stop at Eismeer station. During the winter months, the trip is even more spectacular. The line runs past the foot of Switzerland’s famous triumvirate and through the snow-covered winter paradise of the Jungfrau region. The ascent from Stechelberg is made by cable car. On the Schilthorn – Piz Gloria you will be greeted by an impressive 360° panorama over the Swiss Alps.
