Arrival by car
Motorway A6 to Spiez, then main road towards Kandersteg, turn left in Reichenbach and follow the signposts towards Kiental.

Arrival by train/post bus
The RegioExpress Lötschberger takes you hourly from Bern and Brig directly to Reichenbach i. K. From Reichenbach station, the post bus takes you to Kiental.
