Interactive stations along the trail recall the winter ski spectacle, convey a lot of background knowledge, and give you the opportunity to feel like a racer yourself. The FIS Ski World Cup at Chuenisbärgli is of great sporting and social importance for Adelboden and its neighboring communities. It ranks among the most important winter sports events in Switzerland, with more than 20,000 enthusiastic spectators following the ski spectacle live each year. The World Cup slope now also has a special appeal in summer: the World Cup trail. The interactive stations on the varied mountain hike between Boden and Chuenisbärgli are full of background information about the race, preparations, and history. You can also practice being a racer yourself: mastering the cannon barrel on the shaking board can be quite strenuous, and the thrill of speed at the carving installation provides an adrenaline boost.
