inner and outer landscape

Congress, Course
You explore the connection between inner and outer landscapes, gather herbs and fruits, experience permaculture in a hands-on way, and discover how natural processes enrich your gardens and your life.
How is the world around us reflected in our inner landscape?

When we shape the outer world, how does our inner world change?

We explore these (and other) questions as we hike high along the ridge, descend into the shade of the forest, bathe in the clear waters of the Giessbach and in the forest floor, gather herbs and fruits, dig for roots and prepare them. Parts of the landscape that become parts of ourselves.

What does this have to do with succession, resilience, and permaculture?

To find the answer, we engage with the fundamental patterns of all development and apply permaculture in diverse and practical ways. We expand our knowledge and skills in order to later apply them in our gardens and in our lives. This will be a celebration for the mind, heart, hands, and all the senses.

The course begins on June 26 at 4:30 pm and ends on June 28 at 2:30 pm.
