Enjoyment at the Lake

From Interlaken Ost, we hike along the Aare towards Lake Thun. We take our first break at the Weissenau castle ruins, which can also be climbed. We follow the lakeside path through the nature reserve towards Neuhaus. There we enjoy a shared lunch and the wonderful view over the lake. After a short climb through the forest, we reach Sundlauenen, where we walk to the boat dock. We conclude the hike by enjoying the boat trip to Thun.
