For experienced alpinists: The via ferrata leads steeply, vertically or overhanging to the summit. The via ferrata was built in 2007 and has since been very popular. No wonder, as it leads through compact rock to a summit with breathtaking views. The necessary equipment can be rented at Berghaus Gurnigel. Climbing is at your own risk (difficulty: K4+). Please use the official hiking trails for the descent (difficulty: T3). The via ferrata is open from June 15th until the first snowfall (usually mid to late October).
