Griesalp Trail - Kiental (marked)

From the hotel center Griesalp, the route first ascends to the Berghaus Golderli. It goes across open terrain to the Steineberg. Through a small forest area, you reach near the Gamchibach, which leads us to Bundstäg. On the opposite side of the stream, you ascend via the alpine huts and over snowfields into the Lerchböde area. From the highest point of the route, you enjoy a great view of the mountain world of the Kiental. The descent to the Griesalp takes place via alpine road through the forest to Dündenessli and down to the Griesalp. Between Bundstäg and Dündenessli, the route can be shortened by one kilometer. The route is also marked (blue).

Note: The Griesalp is located in an avalanche-prone area. The hazard situation must therefore be taken into account. The snowshoe route can be closed at short notice. Also note that private traffic in winter is only possible up to below the Griesschlucht. The ascent via the road must be planned in the route!
