Always accompanied by the ringing of cowbells, you will doubt until the last meters before your destination that the little lake with its fascinating turquoise-blue color will appear. So well hidden, the idyllic Meienfallseeli lies off the well-frequented routes in the Diemtigtal Nature Park. The sight of the mountain lake then surpasses all your expectations and impresses. How about a jump into the cool water on a hot day?
Even if you have to take the same way back on the hike to Meienfallseeli as on the ascent, the wide views will surprise you and provide variety. Along the way, you will be accompanied by some alpine inhabitants, as in summer not only the farming families but also their animals live here. Therefore, you should not shy away from encounters with cows and horses.
