One of the most beautiful bike routes in the west of Thun. It leads through a primeval landscape and past the four moraine lakes.

It is worth letting this primeval landscape take effect against the backdrop of the Pre-Alps and the Bernese High Alps. The circular route runs from Uetendorf station through a varied agricultural area, past the moraine lakes: Geistsee, Dittligsee, Uebeschisee, and Amsoldingersee. The drumlins, rounded cones, stand prominently in the landscape, often with a tree at the top. They are witnesses from the glaciated Ice Age. In Amsoldingen stands probably the oldest building in the canton of Bern, the Amsoldingen church. Built around the year 1000 as a Romanesque pillar basilica, dedicated to Saint Mauritius. Around 1700, the construction of the parsonage with an adjoining benefice barn took place. For the storage of the tithe, the small bridge was built, which leads from the former ossuary to the parsonage loft. Together with the attached castle (private property), the parsonage, and the benefice barn, it forms a remarkable architectural group on the lake of the same name.
