The second section of the Panorama Route takes you from Sigriswil to Merligen on the lakeshore. Enjoy a short break by the lake before the hiking trail ascends again and runs above Lake Thun. From here to Interlaken, hikers on the Panorama Route Thunersee intersect with pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. At the foot of the Niederhorn, the path passes by the St. Beatus Caves. Besides the lakeside path through the nature reserve, Unterseen and Interlaken invite you to linger.
