Short spectacular hike close to the village of Sigriswil. New: Between the church and the rectory onto Räftlistrasse, over the footpath below the school building to the famous suspension bridge (180 m high and 340 m long), toll required. Enjoy the view from airy heights and comfortably reach the opposite side of the Guntenschlucht. On the way back, do not take the comfortable way over the bridge, but hike along the theme trail through the gorge and learn about nature, geology, and protected forest. Via the Gumisteg, you return to Sigriswil.

Directions
Start at the Sigriswil, Dorf bus stop – Räftlistrasse – footpath below the school building – Panoramabrücke – Guntenschlucht – Gumisteg back to the starting point.

- Getting there
By car from Bern via the A6 motorway to Thun Nord, continue towards Gunten. Then take the turnoff towards Sigriswil (approx. 20 minutes).
By car from Bern via the A6/A8 motorway to Interlaken, exit towards Gunten, in Gunten take the turnoff to Sigriswil (approx. 25 minutes).
ParkingFree parking at the Raft parking lot in front of the Panoramabrücke Sigriswil or on Dorfstrasse opposite the bakery with Tea-Room Hostettler.
Public transportationFrom Thun with STI bus line 25 to the Sigriswil, Dorf bus stop or with STI bus line 21 from Interlaken West to the Gunten, Dorf bus stop and then with bus line 25 to Sigriswil.
