Participation in our survey is voluntary. Non-participation will not result in any disadvantages for visitors. The information collected as part of the survey will only be evaluated anonymously and in aggregated form. The aim of the evaluation is to gain insights into the needs and expectations of our visitors and to improve the quality, attractiveness and further development of our tourism amenities and services. The survey results will not be used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties.

The registered office of SurveyMonkey Europe UC is located at 70 Sir John Rogerson’s Quay, Dublin 2, D02 R296, Ireland. When you take part in the survey, the answers you enter will be processed. We have configured the survey so that it is anonymous and no IP addresses or other identifiers are stored.
We have entered into a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with SurveyMonkey’s European subsidiary, which ensures that data processing is now carried out in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). SurveyMonkey provides suitable technical and organisational measures to protect the data, and transfers to third countries take place on the basis of recognised data protection guarantees (e.g. standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework/Swiss-US DPF).
